Cross-disciplinary brand operator
Working on identifying what NOT to do under multi-constraint conditions — rarer than figuring out what to do, independent of budget scale.
Brand-building runs on different beliefs than marketing.
Four principles I keep returning to.
A brand is not content — a brand is a defined concept asset.
"Doing brand" is widely understood as "making content, producing assets, running campaigns." But a brand's actual core is an externally recognized, citable, retrievable concept asset. The former is traffic; the latter is inventory.
Cross-disciplinary construction is rarer than depth in a single field.
Most brand narratives circulate within the marketing-school loop of product–user–scenario. Bringing in resources from psychology, cognitive science, behavioral research, and work design — that's the scarce position. And scarcity is what gives pricing power.
A counter-consensus position matters more than incremental optimization.
Identifying "what NOT to do" under multi-constraint conditions is rarer than figuring out "what to do" — and doesn't depend on budget scale. Choosing not to do A when everyone else is doing A doesn't take cleverness. It takes judgment density.
In the AI era, brand assets are retrievable concept origins.
Over the next 3–5 years, the real distribution channel for brand content won't just be social media algorithms — it'll be generative AI systems. Schema.org DefinedTerm, hreflang, Article Schema — these technical details determine whether a brand's concepts enter the AI's "verified concept origin" layer.
First time as an independent brand lead — taking a Chinese cross-border 3C brand from 0 to 1, owning brand strategy, content methodology, and full campaign architecture.
Refuse the Anker / UGREEN red ocean. Target the MOFT / Twelve South audience instead — aesthetic value first, price sensitivity second.
Reject the traditional "broad reach to build mindshare" playbook. Build precision content at the mindshare stage instead of category-education advertising.
Identify a genuinely scarce brand-narrative position under multi-constraint conditions — providing a defined language for "the invisible cost."
Integrate psychology, cognitive science, and work design into the brand narrative — break out of the product–user–scenario marketing-school loop.

Collaborated with a UK-based domain expert. The collaboration sits on the brand's official site as international credibility. PR matrix + creator content forms a retrievable asset network.
Built around the ILO World Day for Safety and Health at Work (Apr 28), led with the original concept Decision Tax of Setup, pairing a UK ergonomics expert with a creator matrix and PR to cold-start both the brand and a zero-follower account 0→1 — turning the invisible cost of work into a brand narrative that is searchable and structured for AI retrieval.
A named pain is easier to discuss, cite, and remember than an unnamed one.
The cognitive surcharge levied on every act of mobile work — paid in fragments, spent before any task begins.
Every act of mobile work begins with a hidden ledger entry — small decisions, position adjustments, environmental rebuilding — paid in fragments before the actual task starts.
Everything in modern work that is not the work itself — notifications, device switches, context jumps, friction between applications.
Modern work is increasingly composed of things that aren't the work — sounds, switches, jumps, friction. Not the content of work, but the energy of work.
The hidden cost of rebuilding a complete work system (screen, power, device positioning, posture) each time the environment changes.
This fatigue accumulates 1.5–2× faster than task-driven fatigue, but rarely shows up in any cost ledger.
A method that converts the abstract cognitive load into individually measurable values across four tiers.
Based on (tools used today × deep problems tackled today), it outputs a 4-tier load classification with corresponding recovery recommendations. Interactive tool below.
